Customer Service Officer/Administration Assistant

This is a hands on role and will involve providing efficient, accurate and timely service to our clients as well as dealing with daily proactive administrative duties. It is essential that you are self-driven and attentive to details as this position will be involved with:
- The answering and distribution calls received
- Customer service
- Web training (as relative to our processes)
- Assistance with promotions, events and other sales functions
- Sales reporting (system generated documents)
- Ensuring all billing is actioned and updated
- Manage and maintain all up to date information in the company operating system
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
- A great attitude
- A person who takes responsibility for their own performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Office and data entry experience
