The role
This is a unique opportunity to join a small team where you will play an integral role. Live Payments is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer (25 hours per week) to join our Adelaide based Live taxi team. The ability to provide full-time coverage sometimes at short notice is a must.
The successful candidate will be reliable and trustworthy. You will possess excellent Customer Service and communication skills, as well as outstanding time management and a strong attention to detail.
Reporting to the Customer Service Officer Lead, this role involves a broad range of Customer Service and general administration duties including:
- Docket payment/Customer Service in a face-to-face environment
- Management of customer enquiries
- Operations tasks e.g. EFTPOS terminal trouble shooting, dispatching/receiving of goods
- EFTPOS terminal administration duties such as data entry and cross-checking data
- New customer welcome calls and sign ups
- General office administration and banking tasks
- Promotion of Live Payments marketing campaigns and other initiatives to customers
- Working cross-functionally to support other teams in multiple locations
- Ad hoc duties.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cash handling, Customer Service role
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A mature and flexible approach to work with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Motivation and initiative to managing and solving problems from end to end.
