Administration Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated organised Administration Officer to work in our office full time. 

• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Handle email communication efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain meticulous records for Audit purposes.
• Assist with scheduling by managing calendars, setting up meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare clients by gathering and preparing the required documentation for a seamless application process.  
• Enter and Lodge applications with lenders
• Liaise with stakeholders 
• Write the agenda for weekly sales meetings, ensuring that all relevant topics are covered and distributed to the team in advance.
• Monitor clients and help them easily onboard.
• Manage settlements, and post application settlement enquiries and ongoing management of client files. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Administration Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
• Exceptional Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Work both independently and collaboratively with a team
