We are looking for a highly motivated organised Administration Officer to work in our office full time.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Handle email communication efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain meticulous records for Audit purposes.
- Assist with scheduling by managing calendars, setting up meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare clients by gathering and preparing the required documentation for a seamless application process.
- Enter and Lodge applications with lenders
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Write the agenda for weekly sales meetings, ensuring that all relevant topics are covered and distributed to the team in advance.
- Monitor clients and help them easily onboard.
- Manage settlements, and post application settlement enquiries and ongoing management of client files.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Administration Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
- Exceptional Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Work both independently and collaboratively with a team
