About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative, Customer Service and sales support to the Canberra operation. Key responsibilities include processing credits/claims, managing stock receipting, and resolving customer issues with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process credits/claims and manage stock receipting.
- Proactively manage individual claims, returns, and customer complaints.
- Develop knowledge of warehouse processes and retail logistics to provide detailed information to customers.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute supplier and customer deals.
- Provide operational support to warehouse supervisors and managers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SAP and MS Excel (intermediate level).
- Ability to work a flexible span of hours, Monday to Friday.
