About the role

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll proudly provide a customer experience that is second to none to our Members in our Tea Tree Plus Branch. 

Your role will be to promote, recommend and refer banking and insurance products to meet the needs of our Members. You will join a fun, supportive and collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on professional development. Let us know your career goals and we’ll work with you to achieve them. 

We know that work/life balance is important, so this is a full-time position with stable hours across Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.15pm, with a rotational roster on Saturdays 8.45am to 11.45am. 

Working directly with both new and existing Members, you will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union’s overall success.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

If you have a background in the Australian financial services, health insurance or general insurance sectors – even better! FSRA Tier 2 and/or Tier 2 Insurance accreditation is a huge tick, however not a deal breaker, as on the job training is provided.
