About the Role:A Federal Government Agency requires an
Enterprise Operations Centre Manager to establish and manage the Operations practice as per ITIL and SIAM. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and 3 - 5 years' experience in Service Desk Management and Incident lifecycle stages and related ITIL processes.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for Event management practice. Ensuring Alerts and Threshold limits are appropriate and trigger escalation to incidents.
- Work collaboratively with the external service providers, managing and reporting on SLAs
- Monitor the performance of Agency systems.
- Build, create, and automate reports and dashboards that reflect business priorities, metrics, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create, deliver, and maintain automated alerting and notifications
- Proactively support Incident and Problem Management.
Required Skills and Experience:- Experience working in a fast passed Digital solutions-based organisation ideally in Service Desk or Service Delivery
- Extensive experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW)
- ITIL4 Practitioner qualifications
- Experience, qualifications and sound understanding of Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Experience and sound understanding of all stages of the software development cycle.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills/experience.
- (Desirable) Experience in working with ServiceNow, MS Office Suite, MS Project, JIRA, Collaborate and Dynatrace
