Overview
We have a fantastic full time opportunity for 3x Customer Service Officers based in Sydney.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager you will be joining our high performing Customer Experience Team, responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to clients, brokers and our nationally based Distribution Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and approving loan applications according to credit policies and procedures in an accurate and timely manner
- Checking information submitted within application is accurate and correct
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls and managing email correspondence with customers, clients and brokers
- Liaising with insurance brokers to proactively follow up on loans that require more information
- Providing excellent Customer Service through assisting clients to resolve their queries
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, ideally in financial services or insurance
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage relationships effectively
- Good problem solving skills in order to respond to client enquiries
- Positive attitude, with a desire to work collaboratively in a small team environment
- Ability and adaptability to work in high volume, high paced environment
- Strong team player with a willingness to assist and support others
