Customer Service temporary to permanent position - Milperra - $34 per hour
Your new company
This growing manufacturing business is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This role does have the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This role is based in the office full time and requires someone either 4 or 5 days per week. The working hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm. You must be able to start immediately. This company is located in Milperra.
Your new role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Actioning emails
- Handling incoming calls
- Providing quotes
- Backorder reports weekly
- Equipment planning with the Assembly officer.
- Processing warranty orders and credits
- Invoicing
- Freight quotations
- Resolving issues and customer complaints
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in administration/Customer Service
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Great communication skills
