Customer Service Officer

GMK is a Specialist Logistics Provider to the Floor Covering market. With a reputation second to none that has been forged over 50 years, our business continues to go from strength to strength. With nationwide facilities, we are looking to appoint a Customer Service Officer in our team.
This role will be best suitable to fast paced, energetic individual excited to work in the Transport & Logistics industry. This role is Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm with the opportunity to work overtime.
Key duties of this role:
• Efficient and error-free data entry.
• Attention to detail for customer paperwork and filing.
• Linehaul Manifesting.
• Processing 3PL warehouse orders.
• Customer consignment entry and management.
• Ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met for all clients.
• Providing 100% satisfactory Customer Service.
• General administration/clerical duties.
• Attending to Customer Service phone call enquiries.
This is a critical role that requires great attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
Successful candidates for this roll will:
