About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, to provide world-class service via our inbound, live-chat and email Customer Service team at Picklebet.
Key Responsibilities
- Service customer emails and chats with knowledge and efficiency
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed correctly
- Be the voice of the customer and recommend improvements - customer-facing and procedural
- Listen, probe and investigate enquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customer
- Obtain customer feedback and collate with the supervisor team
- Provide expert advice and troubleshoot technology faults that customers might be facing
- Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
- Meet KPI metrics of performance for a Customer Support Agent
What makes you perfect for this role:
- Previous experience working within the betting, gaming or esports sector would be an advantage, however candidates with a genuine interest in Customer Service will also be considered
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop professional relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- A proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines, and utilise initiative, together with a demonstrated ability to work independently, and/or as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates Picklebet’s values of being adaptive, positive and innovative
- Experience with Zendesk Suite, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Suite is preferred but not required
- Have a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-up
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
