Solar Service Guys (SSG) is a National Specialist Solar Services group building on our foundations of Safety, Quality, Sustainability, Leadership & Evolution.
SSG is expanding the team in the Brisbane head office and is seeking a call center operator who has an eye for detail and is eager to learn. We hire for attitude and train for skill and offer a supportive and positive work environment.
They have recently been awarded a national battery recall contract and this role will be working closely on the recall project.
About The Role:
Reporting directly to your Team Leader, we are looking for a self-starter with a track record of problem solving, achieving tasks within designated time frames and an eye for detail. Your key duties will include:
- Outbound calls to existing customers who have been affected by the product recall:
- Use your problem solving skills to investigate and facilitate data collection;
- Verification of data utilising MS Excel and other in house programs.
This is a full time, casual position with the current work hours being Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm.

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role highly regarded.
- Proficient in excel with the ability to learn additional software packages / applications.
- Familiar with information handling practices compliant to the privacy act.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with both suppliers and customers.
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry and evaluation.
