Who are you?
We are looking for people who enjoy working in a call centre who can provide exceptional health insurance advice and service to our members.
Our fantastic Member Services Officers have the following qualities…
- Prior experience in a call centre, able to balance customers and systems
- Client Focused - Great phone manner, builds relationships and genuinely cares about the people that they are supporting
- Intelligent – a proven ability to understand and interpret complex rules and procedures (don’t worry – training is provided)
- Problem Solver - someone who can think outside of the box to deliver excellent service
- Great Prioritiser – strong time management with the ability to multi-task
- Adaptable - excited by growth and change! Loves being part of a dynamic environment the embraces growth
