About the Role
In this 12-month Fixed Term ContractCustomer Service Representative position, you'll be the first point of contact for all customer queries, providing high level delivery through phone and email communication. You'll manage an allocated group of customers across our pharmacy, grocery and wholesaler groups ensuring seamless order processing and building strong relationships along the way.
- Processing and rectifying orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handling incoming inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Owning customer enquiries from start to finish, maintaining open communication throughout.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes.
- Ensuring all documentation meets customer requirements and is available as needed.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess 4-5+ years in a similar Customer Service role preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
Other key requirements for this role include:
- 4-5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, including SAP. EDI, Veeva, Salesforce (or related CRM) and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- An understanding of supply chain processes would be an advantage.
