Located in a new, purpose-built facility, the successful candidate will be focused on delivering exceptional Customer Service, and have a continuous improvement mindset.
The person we require will be casual and available to work flexible hours, Monday - Friday. Working from our office in Cranbourne West your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Answering telephone when required
- Responding to questions about the company, its products or service
- Other duties as required.
Customer Service Representative requirements:
- Proven customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
