ROBAM has retail outlets in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, as well as supplying their products to commercial builders nationally.
Currently, the Commercial team is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Administration and Customer Service Representative to join their Mitcham-based office working closely with the Business Manager.
About the Position
- Manage inbound and outbound call traffic to customers
- Management of emails relating to orders and service
- Provide customers with friendly and helpful service, and respond to customer queries in a timely fashion
- Provide support to the team
- Provide administration support

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming customer phone calls
- Managing email correspondence
- Keying in of orders
- Preparing customer quotes
- Assistance coordinating deliveries and booking freight
- Liaising with and supporting the Management team
- Maintain document management system
- Provide support to the Finance team as required
- General office and ad-hoc duties
About You
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in Customer Service/sales experience handling inbound calls
- Friendly, “customer-focused” personality
- Able to work autonomously if required
- Ability to simultaneously manage tasks
- Driven and keen to learn
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite required
- Highly organised with a “can-do” attitude
- Experience using Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory is advantageous
- Some experience in accounts/finance highly regarded but not a necessity
