Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, from taking inbound calls and processing orders, to organising service call outs and technician schedules. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and pay close attention to details will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound enquiries, processing sales orders, providing delivery details, product details and stock availability etc.
- Assisting customers with product selection, providing quotations and product specifications
- Resolving issues & liaising with internal/external departments and sales divisions
- Assist business development and account management salesmen when required
- Investigating and processing claims and returns
- Coordinating repairs & replacements, including the organising of service technicians, spare parts, and subcontractors.
- Coordinating re-occurring services
- Data entry and maintenance of business systems
Qualifications & Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience within a Customer Service environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
