The Opportunity:

Based in either our SA Edinburgh or WA Bibra Lake offices, you'll utilize your comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively address inquiries from both internal and external customers. Collaborating seamlessly with our national Customer Service team, you'll ensure timely resolution of customer sales inquiries received via telephone, email, web, or referrals. Tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Attending to and successfully completing customer sales enquiries.
- Answering of internal and external correspondence (phones and emails).
- Processing of Quotes and Orders.
- Providing effective Customer Service for all internal and external customers.
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role
- Ability to work additional hours as required, including weekends and public holidays.
