The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and customer-focused individual to become an integral part of our journey. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, embodying our commitment to excellence and passion for travel. This role is your opportunity to shine by delivering exceptional Customer Service and driving sales. From greeting customers to managing reservations and promoting our unique holiday products, ensuring a warm welcome and a tailored travel solution for every client. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding Customer Service and Sales support, assisting with inquiries, quotes, and reservations, and promote our holiday products passionately.

- Engage in vehicle preparation and detailing, ensuring the fleet is presentation-ready.

- Assist with customer transportation and vehicle logistics for an end-to-end seamless experience.

- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively, resolving issues to mutual satisfaction, and escalating issues when necessary.

- Work autonomously or as part of a team to support daily operations, including administration, documentation, fleet management, and reporting, leveraging customer feedback to enhance our offerings.

- Embrace a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in the car rental industry is preferred.

- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.

- Experience in conflict resolution and customer issue management.

- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the capability to learn new software programs.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

- A proactive, can-do attitude, ready to take on challenges both autonomously and as part of a team.

- A positive attitude, resilience in challenging situations, and a commitment to excellence.

- A current, unrestricted driver's license.
