Description
- Ensuring customer contracts and shipping documents are prepared, approved and issued to customers accurately on a timely basis in accordance with current legislation and business policies.
- Liaising with international warehouses, customers, and shipping lines to schedule shipments in accordance with contractual commitments and customer requirements.
- Coordinate between business operations, shipping lines, and other third-party providers, such as government agencies or banks to ensure any issues are relayed or escalated promptly.
- Ensuring documentation and shipments adhere to current legislation and Business Policies.
- Supporting and managing Customer Accounts
Profile
- Experienced in using SAP
- Export Documentation Experience within Resource Industry
- Experienced in Letters of Credit
- Experience in Resource Industry ideal
- Customer Service Skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
- High Level Attention to Detail
- Ability to work in Team Environment
- Highly Efficient with Effective Organisational and Planning Skills
- Can work to Deadlines with strong Time Management Skills
