Customer Service Representative

Role purpose

Reporting to the WA Sales Manager, you will work within a dedicated & supportive Team, and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our external and internal Customers. Processing Sales Orders, attending to other Sales-related matters along supporting the Field Sales Team daily. Also working closely with PAC Trading’s WA Warehouse Manager to help provide streamlined transactions for PAC Trading Customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing Orders from Emails and Orders taken over the Phone 
2. Answering Customer Enquiries on Email and taken over the Phone 
3. Setup and maintain PAC Trading’s Product Display/Sample Room 
4. Prepare Samples for Customers and Field Sales Team Members as required 
5. Assist Account Managers with processing Quotes and all other daily Data Entry  
6. Work with and assist PAC Trading’s Sales Support Team  
7. Prepare Backorder Reports for KEY Customers 
8. Work with Account Managers and WA Warehouse Manager to resolve any Customer related issues
9. Up-date any New Customer Contact Details in PAC Trading’s Software System and monitor changes 
10. Maintain a Tidy Workstation and Office Area
11. Setting High Standards with Professionalism in the Workplace. 

Qualifications and experience

• Proven experience dealing with High Volume Accounts and Invoicing experience 
• Attention to detail and Organised
• Well developed Written and Verbal skills 
• Strong Relationship Management and must speak fluent English
• Ability to work within fast fast-paced and a high- volume environment, Managing many competing priorities with a focus on achieving results    
• . Touch Typing with superior Key Board skills
• Ability to prioritize a busy workflow 
• Ability to adapt quickly by acquiring  the necessary knowledge of a New Software System
