Synergy - Customer Service Representative - Joondalup WA- Hybrid
Key details:
- Full time available to work 38 hours per week Monday - Friday rotational shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Part-time to work 30 hours per week Monday - Friday rotational shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm ( must be able to complete 6 weeks full time training)
- Work in our centre located 2/8 Davidson Terrace Joondalup WA or
- Hybrid (2 days office 3 days at home) working model after nesting period and meeting KPI's
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Build a relationship with customers over the phone
- Adhere to comprehensive compliance standards
- Deliver amazing customer experiences every time
- Effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions
- Be comfortable to work in a flexible seating environment
- Competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
- You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
- Must have full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
- Australian based role
