Key Role Responsibilities
This is a busy and varied role that would suit a self-motivated and Customer Service guru. You will be required to take ownership for providing friendly “front of house” Customer Service excellence to assist in maintaining our goal of 100% happy customers. Specifically, your duties will include:
- Managing and responding to customer enquiries
- Processing phone and online sales
- Managing our customer database
- Providing remote support to customers
- Providing administration and accounting support
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent Customer Service skills and attention to detail
- A warm and professional manner
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent/advanced computing skills, including MS Office suite.
- Previous experience with Netsuite is preferred
