Climate Plus is a growing business covering a range of air conditioning service and repair.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service representative to join our team!
The Customer Service representative is responsible for booking service jobs, answering customer enquiries, resolving customer issues and providing information on the services Climate Plus offers.
Administrative duties/responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via various channels
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude to customers
- Manage and where possible, resolve, customer issues or complaints
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a quality customer experience through all channels
- Assist with managing online booking availability
- Assist with managing technician schedules and workload
- Escalate any issues to supervisors where required of any possible issues regarding booking availability
- Stay up to date with relevant product knowledge
- Assist with quoting of repairs and new sales
- Ensure correct completion of all jobs, including payment
- Various other tasks where required
- Communicating with customers via various channels
Qualifications:
- Current first aid certificate preferred
Experience:
- Experience in Customer Service preferred
Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
