Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, converting inquiries into booked service appointments while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Deliver clear, compelling, and personable call scripts to effectively address customer needs and promote the brand.
- Respond to customer requests promptly, resolving issues, and fostering positive customer relationships.
- Utilase effective communication skills to establish rapport with customers, encouraging repeat business and promoting brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with technicians to match the right personnel to each job, ensuring proficient and quality customer experiences.
- Priorities urgent and profitable calls to meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals.
- Relay accurate information to technicians, manage their whereabouts and needs in the field, and update customers on service progress throughout the day.
- Record service call results and create report summaries for senior management, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in training to enhance Customer Service, sales, and dispatching skills, ensuring quick and accurate order dispatch.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information to facilitate efficient service delivery and customer management.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales & strategies, coordinating with relevant teams to align sales targets and marketing goals.
