About the Role?

The Fleet Administrator/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting the execution of the maintenance strategies within the region under their control and providing world class customer service. This role will be accountable to achieve or exceed set turnaround times of all vehicles out of service whilst reducing and or maintain costs to a set minimum. By reducing the time in the repair status, the person is contributing to the overall support of continued growth by having all vehicles available and ready for rent. This role will also responsible for achieving maintenance goals in line with the corporate business plans in the area of their responsibility. Duties of this role include:

  • Face to face Customer service
  • Completing rental and return transactions
  • Providing information regarding options coverages, upgrades and fuel options
  • Resolving complains and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  • Managing Out of service levels in accordance with business objectives.
  • Effective control and efficiency of processes around fleet maintenance

About You?

To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred
  • Computer literacy skills required
  • Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)
  • A full and current AU driver’s licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
