About the PositionAs the primary point of contact for our customers, the Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in our dynamic and innovative environment. They are entrusted with understanding the comprehensive needs of our customers and driving sales through exceptional service, both over the phone and via email. In close collaboration with our branch, transport, and planning teams, this position ensures the timely fulfillment of customer requests in accordance with our service agreements, facilitating the efficient delivery and/or pick-up of products from Stramit sites.This is a full time, maximum term contract, based onsite at our Erskine Park branch until August 2024 covering parental leave. There may be an opportunity for extension should another role be available at the time.
