Role Overview:
Seeking a Customer Service Representative at to join a renowned supplier of mobility and healthcare on a full-time permanent basis. Based working full of the office in Melbourne's northeast, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Guiding customers through product sales and rentals
- Delivering prompt and courteous service via email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Addressing product inquiries with expertise
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, funding organizations, and end-users
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in IT tools and a knack for adapting to new systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in data entry tasks
- Prior experience in Customer Service preferred
- Background or exposure to healthcare or related industries is advantageous
- Fluency in Chinese is an advantage
