The Responsibilities
Working as part of a highly effective team, you will enjoy the challenge of maintaining established relationships and providing exceptional customer centric care. Become the “hero” of one brand and cross train across all brands to support the team and provide an excellent customer experience. Full training will be provided, however, if you have exposure to snow sports that would be great! Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Managing orders from customers
- Entering orders from phone, fax and email into SAP
- Communicate regularly with customers (inbound and outbound)
- Cross selling and upselling as required
- Liaising with warehouse staff
- Managing warranty and returns
- Invoicing
- Reporting

This position supports the Australian and New Zealand operations and therefore the hours can accommodate early starts and early finishes working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. With a finish time no later than 4.30pm, this position offers great work life balance. If you love early starts and early finishes this would be ideal, however, if you prefer normal business hours there are also the opportunity to accommodate, however some rotation may be required to cover leave of other staff members. Background
Strong Customer Service skills is the first criteria we are seeking combined with an interest in recreational sporting or leisure goods industry particularly snow! Experience using SAP or similar large ERP system is essential. In addition we are seeking;
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience (retail or wholesale)
- Proven Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and follow through skills
- Team player
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP
