Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the Customer Service department based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. The primary function of the role is to manage all customer enquiries and complaints in relation to product or service failures purchased through Online Store and Retailer and provide appropriate remedy & support in accordance with company policy and adherence to Australia Consumer Law. This role requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH on a 12 month fixed term contract.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and process refunds, returns, and replacements via the Ecommerce Online Portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair timelines and facilitate a smooth progression of products to technicians or repair centers.
- Coordinate with logistics and service partners to track deliveries, returns, and assessments, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
- Address individual complaints related to online purchases, handling each with care and professionalism.
- Follow up with external partners and update customers on the status of their orders, including inspecting deliveries for failures, damaged products, and missing items, while also managing inbound calls from customers and contact centers regarding Ecommerce queries.
- Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service position
- Must have call centre experience
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Experience with SAP (desirable)
- Customer focused with an empathetic approach to customers, team player
- Must be organised, able to prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Must be a quick learner and adaptable to change
