Rapid Refrigerated Transport is a South Australian owned and operated company established over 45 years ago. We seek an enthusiastic and versatile Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated and close-knit team. Based in the western suburbs this role forms an integral part of our Customer Service & Bookings team whoa are vital in supporting our excellent reputation for service and safety amongst our customers, site visitors and the public.
The role:
This role combines multiple elements of administration and Customer Service, including:
- manage and respond in a timely manner to incoming enquiries via phone, email and in person;
- review, interpret, prepare and reconcile paperwork such as load out dockets, run sheets, manifests, logbooks, pallet dockets and other documents;
- high volume data entry into multiple software programs;
- scanning and filing of various documents;
- maintaining a clean and tidy work environment;
- provide general administrative support and assistance to the Operations team.
About You:
While your previous experience may have come from a different industry, to be successful you must:
- have a genuine passion for providing superior Customer Service;
- demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- be a natural problem solver, who thrives on finding solutions and improving processes;
- posses a competent and confident approach to learning and using multiple data management systems;
- enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can utilise your highly developed multi-tasking and prioritisation skills;
- be a highly organized person who prides themselves on their attention to detail;
- have developed fast and accurate data entry expertise;
- thrive in a team environment working with dedicated people to achieve common goals.
