Due to exiting growth in the business, we are looking for a service-orientated Customer Service Representative to join our high performing. This is a hand’s on, fast paced role working in a close team environment providing high quality service to grow our success as a leading industrial supplier. We are also about to relocate to a brand-new building in Gillman so a very exciting time to be joining the team!
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing excellent Customer Service (over the counter & internal)
- Assist in warehouse as required
- Answer general enquiries regarding products, price and stock availability
- Process sales transactions/orders
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management/merchandising
- Develop & build relationships with ATOM customers
- Be part of a culture where everyone understands and behaves according to ATOM’s golden rule and values
- Adhere to ATOM’s OH&S policy
Experience & Skills
- Technical Competencies – Comfortable with technology and unafraid to learn new systems and solutions.
- Personal Competencies –Proven inter-personal and communication skills and a strong cultural awareness. An ability to be flexible, to adapt to changing deadlines and business demands. Demonstrate a positive, professional and proactive attitude to work
- Knowledge – Working knowledge of industrial and safety products is desirable but not essential
- Experience – Experience in a similar role in industrial & safety industry is preferred but not essential
