- Deliver multifaceted clinical pharmacy services to patients with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) alongside the multidisciplinary IBD team at the RBWH.
- Contribute to practice and service development, innovation and activities that improve medicines management for patients accessing Pharmacy services, and that are aligned to organisational goals, professional, legislative and ethical standards.
- Exercise independent professional judgement in resolving problems, with more complex clinical decisions and problem solving made with limited professional supervision and guidance.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Gastroenterology pharmacotherapeutics, with advanced level expertise in the specialist area of Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
- Act as specialist practitioner and role model in Inflammatory Bowel Disease as well as broader gastroenterology pharmacy practice.
- Provide a highly specialised clinical pharmacy service within the multidisciplinary Gastroenterology team to improve outcomes for inpatients and outpatients.
