The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join our team.
The right candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional Customer Service and enjoy the fast
pace of our progressive business.
Previous waste industry experience will be well regarded, however is not essential.
Attention to detail is essential. As our customer facing representative the successful candidate will
be a dynamic individual capable of carefully prioritising tasks and provide clear and concise
communication.
You will attend to daily customer calls and emails and manage our booking system. You will liaise with our suppliers to action bookings and support our Sales and Accounts team and have central role in the seamless operation of the business.
Key areas of experience include-
Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel or at least a willingness and ability to learn
Ability to adapt to new systems, and learn, understand and improve on existing procedures
Organised with good time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to problem solve and work independently
Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail.
