Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for our next Customer Service Representative to join our Arundel team.
About the Role
Reporting to the QLD State Manager, this is a full-time permanent opportunity with Monday to Friday hours (7:30am-4pm) where you will add significant value by:
- Providing customer support to stonemasons and tradespeople, answering inquiries about our tools & equipment products, product recommendations, order status or stock availability.
- Completing online learning modules (the CDK Academy) and working alongside industry experts to build your knowledge about our Tools & Equipment product range.
- Organising and arranging the showroom to provide customers with a great experience the moment they enter the door.
- Assisting our Sales Representatives who are out on the road by following up on quotes, invoices, and completing purchase orders.
- Industry experience is not required! Learn from mentors and our custom-built online learning platform: The CDK Academy.
- We also don't require any prior experience in a sales position. We are happy to coach you on our approach with customers.
- No weekend work! Full-time Monday-Friday opportunity (7:30am-4:00pm).
- Work with a premium product range, offering our customers the highest quality tools and equipment products on the market. If you have a keen interest in the building industry, then this is the role for you.
- With regular check-ins, ongoing support and online learning, we want to facilitate your progression with CDK.
- You might not have experience in a sales position, but you have developed is excellent skills in building rapport with customers and asking the right questions to resolve queries or problems they are facing.
- Interacting with different people each day gives you energy, and you are now looking to progress your career in sales by building on the skills you have developed in customer-facing roles.
- Whether it's tinkering in the garage or you have renovated your home, you may have developed a keen interest in tooling products and the building industry.
We believe our next Customer Service Representative could come from anywhere! All we require is that you have Customer Service experience.
