Our marina is a bustling hub for boating enthusiasts, offering top-notch facilities and services. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer experiences, and we're looking for a dedicated Receptionist & Customer Services Representative to join our front desk team.
Salary Guide $69,000.00 PA inclusive of Super.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, greet customers, and assist with inquiries.
- Process and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Finalize and issue basic invoices/accounts and handle payment transactions.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor, especially during busy periods or when dealing with challenging customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working on a busy front desk/reception desk.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with boating, marina, or hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong administrative abilities, particularly in processing and data entry.
- Finance: Previous experience in finalizing and issuing basic invoices/accounts and receiving payments.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Customer Service: Outstanding Customer Service skills with a passion for helping others.
