The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Virginia office as a Casual Data Entry and Customer Service Representative. (minimum 25 hours per week) In this integral role, you will serve as a point of contact for our valued clients, agents, and customers, providing exceptional service via telephone, email, and on occasion in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly answering incoming calls and efficiently processing service requests.
- Data entry of service reports and work orders
- Handling email inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Facilitating communication by distributing emails to service agents across Queensland.
- Acting as a liaison between our suppliers, customers, and agents.
- Fostering positive relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting External Account Managers with service-related issues.
- Performing general office duties as required.
About You
- Self-motivated with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Prior experience in the Appliance Industry would be advantageous.
