As a Customer Service Representative you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact with customers daily. You will join a fast-paced contact centre team to deliver an exceptional customer experience which will contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound call inquiries working to KPIs
- Undertake activities to problem solve and provide solutions
- Provide guidance and product advice (product training provided)
- Develop ongoing product knowledge and continued professional development
- Prior call centre experience (or experience working in a high volume inbound call role such as managing a busy reception desk)
- Professional communication skills and phone manner
- Strong customer focus with a self-motived approach and drive to succeed
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team
Standard hours for this position are 8.30am - 5.00pm and the organisation offers work from home flexibility 2-3 days per week. Offices are in the Brisbane CBD.
