Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for our next Customer Service Representative to join our Tools and Equipment Division. Working in our Malaga branch, you will add significant value by:
- Offering customer support to tradespeople such as inquiries about our products, order status or stock availability.
- Providing tailored recommendations customers (but you can always escalate to subject matter experts depending on the enquiry!).
- Helping out in the warehouse from time to time pick packing orders and moving products.
- Assisting our Sales Representatives who are out on the road by following up on quotes, invoices, and completing purchase orders.
- We don't require to have any prior experience in the Stone industry. Learn from mentors and our custom-built online learning platform: The CDK Academy.
- No weekend work! Regular Monday-Friday opportunity (7:30am-4:00pm).
- Work with a premium product range, offering our customers the highest quality tools and equipment products on the market.
- With structured career pathways, regular check-ins and online learning, we want to facilitate your progression with CDK.
- From your time interacting with customers, you've developed the ability to build rapport with just about anyone! You always listen and seek to understand what they are looking to provide them relevant options to give a great overall customer experience.
- Owing to your curiosity and taking initiative, you've been able to develop a strong knowledge of your product range or services and take these skills to an industry you are passionate about.
