Due to their success and growth, One of MJD’s highly regarded clients in the health care industry are on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative! The position is for with the potential to be extended for the right candidate due to their expansion.The ideal candidatewill be friendly, have a willingness to be adaptable, and preferably hold previous experience working within a Customer Service or administrative role. This would be the perfect role for someone looking to kick start their career in administration!
We are working with an established business here in the heart of the CBD on the search for a Customer Service Superstar. Initially a 2-month role which has the potential to be ongoing.
This is a fantastic position for a “customercentric” candidate that has demonstratable experience providing first class support and who thrives interacting with people.
The company work within an industry where empathy and warmth is key, it is important that within this role you have an understanding and friendly personality to manage enquiries over the telephone and via email. You will be responsible for other administrative duties in line with the companies procedures and practices as well as focussing on your own personal development within the company.
Duties for the role will include:
- Communicate with external parties via email and telephone ensuring that all correspondence is grammatically correct and information is accurate
- Ensure that all enquiries are directed to the appropriate person in a timely manner
- Receiving and distributing mail for the office daily
- Complete receipting of both cheque and EFT payments ensuring this is done by the close of business
- Using attention to detail, highlight any discrepancies or any unidentified payments, following up on them to ensure they are resolved prior to the end of the month
- Allocate all relevant payments to their accounts on a regular basis
- Provide administrative support to the rest of the office
- Act as an ambassador for the business always, keeping up to date with any industry news that may be helpful
- Develop relationships with clients, building a rapport and trust to make all experiences for clients a positive one
