THE JOBThis is a fulltime position at Gladesville, with full time hours, 5 days a week. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively utilising SAP software to manage customer orders, resolve inquiries, and provide comprehensive support. This position demands a high level of SAP proficiency, strong communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Order Management:
- Process and manage customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor order status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines to provide customers with up-to-date information.
SAP Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP to navigate the system, extract relevant information, and perform transactions efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues that may arise during order processing.
Customer Support:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order-related concerns.
- Offer exemplary Customer Service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
Data Accuracy:
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information within the SAP system.
- Regularly update customer profiles and order histories to ensure up-to-date records.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturing, to facilitate smooth order processing and address customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on customer-related activities.
Reporting:
- Generate reports and analytics using SAP to support decision-making processes and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Customer Service function and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Proven experience working with SAP software in a Customer Service or related role.
- Previous experience using Salesforce will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of order management processes and SAP modules.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
