The Position
- Taking inbound calls and converting enquiries to jobs;
- Working with Dispatch team to schedule technicians to jobs;
- Multi-tasking, being on the phone for most of the day, handling both inbound and outbound calls, whilst attending to general administrative tasks;
- Making outbound calls for quote follow-ups;
- Keeping clients informed about when parts will arrive and setting expectations for a job installation; and
- Maintaining strong relationships with technicians, team members, and clients.
The Candidate
- Previous experience in sales and Customer Service roles, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; and
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
