This role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers and understanding finance.This role is located in Shoreline - Redland BayIn order to be successful in this role, you will have broad knowledge of Customer Service principles; specific knowledge. You will be an exceptional communicator who has strong Customer Service skills. Your duties will encompass a wide variety of ad hoc administration, sales and marketing activities, : Provide support in the analysis and preparation of sales reports, coordinating and gathering information and contributing to sales operations and requirements. Perform sales administration and logistical activities and duties, which may include updating sales contracts, systems maintenance, data entry, answering telephone enquiries to support efficient delivery of services. Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
