We are looking for a person who has attention to detail and is results driven.
About the role…
The Customer Service Representative will work alongside the Sales Team to assist with day-to-day sales activities across a large, established, client base to meet set KPI’s.
You will be responsible for the following key functions:
- Quotation preparation within ERP
- Assist sales team to manage lead generation and administration using a database and online industry tools
- Prepare quotations and associated documentation for sales team
- Prepare job orders
- Answer incoming enquiries
- Assist with all general pre and post sales administration
- Maintain strong relationships within our client base
- Assist the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
