Sime Darby Motors is one of the leading automotive groups in Australia, representing a large rang of luxury brands. With customer experience being one of our main focus areas, we have a centralised call centre to manage inbound and outbound service bookings for our dealerships.
We are currently looking for an energetic, customer focused Customer Interactions Consultant to join our Call Centre Team located in Rydalmere. As a Customer Interactions Consultant at Sime Darby Motors, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and our customers every day. The position will be a fixed-term contract until July 2025 covering for Maternity Leave, with an opportunity for a full-time contract available.
The Position
The purpose of our call centre is to enhance the customer experience and to increase service bookings and retention.
Reporting to the Service Customer Interactions Team Leader, in this role you will be responsible for inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings. You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams in Sime Darby Motors by providing optimal Customer Service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
- The ability to work as part of a dedicated and dynamic team
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experience, utilising their communication skills & maintaining a busy schedule. Being on the front line of service delivery within the business, this role is extremely important in maintaining service standards of vehicle manufactures and the wider Sime Darby Motors group.
