Our client is a busy industrial business. Due to growth in the team, they are seeking a new and experienced
Customer Service Representative, this role will be a temporary position full time with the possibility of a permanency for the right candidate. You will need to have experience within a fast paced environment dealing with multiple enquiries and have strong attention to detail when inputting data promptly and accurately.Responsibilities of this role include:
- Problem solving
- Speaking to clients
- The first point of contact
- Providing excellent Customer Service
- Responding to customer enquiries
