Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice that connects our customers to exceptional service.
We are looking for an ABN holding CONTRACTOR to work with our spectacular team 7 hours a day, Mon-Fri with compensation from $30/hour.
Here’s what you can expect:
Responsibilities:
- Phone Etiquette:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and requests.
- Job Coordination:
- Log service jobs accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
- Coordinate with our skilled technicians to schedule service visits efficiently.
- Financial Transactions:
- Handle pre-payment of service fees, ensuring a smooth process for our customers.
- Daily Operations:
- Assist with daily runs, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts or equipment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized filing systems.
- Customer Profiles:
- Create and update customer profiles, capturing essential information for personalized service.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain administrative records, contributing to the smooth functioning of our operations.
- Coordinate internally with spare parts and accounts teams to streamline processes.
- Follow-Up:
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices with customers, ensuring timely payments.
