Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice that connects our customers to exceptional service. 

We are looking for an ABN holding CONTRACTOR to work with our spectacular team 7 hours a day, Mon-Fri with compensation from $30/hour.

Here’s what you can expect:

Responsibilities:

1. Phone Etiquette:
   • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and requests.
2. Job Coordination:
   • Log service jobs accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
   • Coordinate with our skilled technicians to schedule service visits efficiently.
3. Financial Transactions:
   • Handle pre-payment of service fees, ensuring a smooth process for our customers.
4. Daily Operations:
   • Assist with daily runs, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts or equipment.
   • Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized filing systems.
5. Customer Profiles:
   • Create and update customer profiles, capturing essential information for personalized service.
6. Administrative Support:
   • Maintain administrative records, contributing to the smooth functioning of our operations.
   • Coordinate internally with spare parts and accounts teams to streamline processes.
7. Follow-Up:
   • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices with customers, ensuring timely payments.
