PocketAid (www.PocketAid.com.au), a pioneer in hearing aid and assistive listening technology, are looking to welcome another full-time InboundCustomer Service Representative to our team. In this key position, you'll be instrumental in managing relationships with both our new and existing customers, playing a vital role in the success of our nationally recognised hearing brands PocketAid,TV Voice Pro, and Found Hearing.
Your Role:
- Manage and respond to all inbound customer sales inquiries, health fund, and home care package queries with precision and care.
- Oversee invoicing and after-sales support, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience for all clientele.
- Utilize your listening and problem-solving skills to effectively communicate the features and many benefits of our innovative hearing product range.
- Perform various administrative duties related to sales and after sales car, contributing to the smooth operation of our company.
We're Searching For:
- A professional with at least 7 years of experience working in a Customer Service and Administration setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel), Gmail, and CRM platforms.
- A person who already has a good general technical understanding of electronics, as our product range is primarily hearing aids and assistive-listening technology.
- A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment that receives many telephone calls from customers all around Australian and New Zealand. The right person will have a genuine enthusiasm for excellence in their work as an individual, and their role within the team.
- A team player eager to expand their skills, to learn new things and to constantly improve and refine their Customer Service abilities. You must be able to work independently with your own sense of drive and self-motivation, or within a team where required.
