Founded in 1984 with a single fibre optic cable, they now manufacture over two thousand products, employ over 5,000 associates, and consistently generate annual sales in excess of a billion dollars in revenue. Employing over 140 staff in Oceana, they have offices in each major capital city and operate two optical fibre manufacturing facilities.
Reporting to a friendly and consultative manager whose priority is to empower and develop, you will:
- Manage incoming calls from customers and process sales orders
- Create sales quotes for customers and Account Managers
- Provide product information and solutions to customers while following up on quotes
- Update customers on delivery timeframes while daily managing outstanding orders
To be considered, you will have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience processing customer orders
- Desire to learn new skills
