As a Customer Service Representative supporting the Department of Home Affairs team, you will be providing support services to customers in relation to visa, citizenship, trade and customs related matters. Every customer interaction is unique and you will impart your passion for problem solving and superior Customer Service and use empathy to deliver optimum outcomes and service for the customer. We have both full time and casual opportunities available, required availability for the casual roles is a minimum of 20 hours per week across our operating hours.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 7:30pm on a rotating roster with flexibility to support all of your out of work commitments.
