Job description

Working as a Customer Services Representative, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of Customer Service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers unique situation.

In this role, you will;

  • Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
  • Provide tailored payment solutions
  • Action interaction file notes for every call
  • Adhere to compliance frameworks

If you have Customer Service experience in a contact centre or face to face environment, have a fantastic attitude and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
